The staff displayed genuine warmth and went beyond expectations. A hot chocolate surprise for the children in the morning showed pure kindness. staff from the gym and pool area provided pool noodles. breakfast had diverse, delicious options, and attentive service.
i wish the hotel had communicated an overbooking issue before my arrival.

I found the team helpful. Every request received prompt attention. the room was clean and well kept, offering a relaxed stay. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had plentiful choices including fresh fruit and hot options.
the gym got quite busy at peak times, limiting equipment availability slightly.

dated pool area unhappy staff
The pool area looked a little dated. The executive lounge had a good selection of food, but the service at the bar needed improvement. The staff didn't seem happy to refill drinks. it seemed wasteful when staff poured drinks and then disposed of them because of lounge rules.

The pool area seemed a bit old. It could use some updates. the woman working behind the bar in the executive lounge did not seem happy. When a guest asked for more drinks, she made noise while refilling them. It was not professional. This.
