i had some difficulty understanding parking instructions and felt clarification from staff would have helped. better clarity would prevent potential parking fines. addressing this would improve the experience.

The pool area looked a little dated. The executive lounge had a good selection of food, but the service at the bar needed improvement. The staff didn't seem happy to refill drinks. it seemed wasteful when staff poured drinks and then disposed of them because of lounge rules.
